Abraison Rubber sheet are made in 100% pure superior natural latex rubber and synthetic rubber. It has perfect abrasion resistance, and excellent impact strength. They are mainly used for skirt board on conveyor belt, Matel Pipe lining, chute lining, hopper lining, gasket and seals, shot blast cabinets etc.
Fluorubber sheet have the best oil proof, inflaming retarding, high temperature bearing, anti chemical corrosion and anti-aging performance, which is the heaviest rubber. It have the heat-resistant from -15c to 250 C, and 300 C for a short time, Fluorubber sheet also have the performance of anti-corrosion, anti-aging, ozone-resistant, radiation-resistant and Self extinguishing. They are highly appreciated for the most demanding industrial applications as it has the highest resistance to hydrocarbons, acids, alkalies and even oxidants, and its mechanical properties remain intact at temperatures of up to 250ºC.
Silicone rubber sheet have good resistance to sunlight, ozone and many gases. Excellent resistance to temperature extremes, with good electrical insulation properties and water repellency. Exhibits low inflammability and low smoke toxicity. They applied to food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry, punched all kinds of sealing washer and gasket.
Natural rubber sheet has good tensile and elongation characteristics along with high abrasion resistance. Also for applications requiring a soft rubber seal. Neoprene rubber sheet has excellent mechanical and abrasion properties even without reinforcing filters and has a reasonable resilience. It is highly resistant to any kind of climate related degradation and can be used for both indoor and outdoor functions for a very long period of time. It is rarely affected by any adverse change in temperature of the surroundings.
